Problems
A note or phrase on work about problems is good. Parents are the coaches during homework. Students are the athletes. Use your judgment if child is tired, overwhelmed, or stubborn. The consequences for unfinished or poor work is time to talk with the teacher to make a plan for problem areas or to reteach.
Time to do
40 minutes is the rule (minus breaks or off task activities) for this age level
Homework is Practice after all is said and done
