If you have a child who will turn five years old on or before September 1, 2023, please take note of the following information. Millburn District 24 will be accepting registration for Kindergarten at Millburn Elementary School, 18550 Millburn Road, Wadsworth. Please contact our main office to get registration materials. 

You must call the school to request a registration packet. Millburn Elementary School's main office number is 847-356-8331. All required paperwork should be completed when you bring it with you on Kindergarten registration night on Wed. April 5th from 4:00PM - 6:00PM to begin the registration process.  Kindergarten screening for readiness will take place in August prior to the start of school. Information will be sent to parents about screening in June. 

FIRST GRADE - If you currently have a child enrolled in a kindergarten program other than the Millburn District, please notify the office if you intend to register your child for first grade in Millburn. Your child must be six years old on or before September 1, 2023, to register for first grade in this district. If you know anyone in our district who may not receive this notification, please ask them to contact the school. We appreciate your help as we prepare for next school year!
