About me:
I have a son named Calvin. He was born March 11th, 2017. He is AMAZING! I also LOVE our dog, Jake from State Farm. I will talk a lot about my family with the kids. :) This will be my fifth year at Millburn as a 5th-grade teacher. I attended Eastern Illinois University for my undergrad. Currently, I am working on obtaining my masters in Curriculum and Instruction through Olivet. I will be finished in April 2018. I love to read and make crafts when I have time! : )
I am 100% committed to making sure your children receive my attention in large group, small group, and independent settings. I will discuss the importance of respect, responsibility and good work ethic with my 5th graders!. Now that your children are 5th graders they are now considered the "Top Dog's" or role models of the school. It is very important that our 5th graders remember that they need to be positive role models, take responsibility for themselves as well as ALWAYS put in their best effort!
This is going to be a great year! : )
