Spring Choir Concert

The Millburn Elementary School Choir will be holding their Spring Concert on Wednesday May 13th!  The show starts at 7:00 p.m. in the middle school cafeteria and we cannot wait to see you there!   

If your child is a member of the choir, there are a few things you should know:

Report Time - Elementary school choir members should arrive at the middle school music room no later than 6:30 p.m.

Dress - For the Spring Concert choir members should wear more dress-casual clothes.  Boys can wear khakis and polos, again no shorts allowd, while girls can wear spring dresses or blouses.  Bright spring colors are encouraged but white is perfectly acceptable.

The Week of the Concert - We do not follow our regular schedule the week of the concert.  There will be not be regular rehearsal on Tuesday or Thursday after school but rather a dress rehearsal the day before the concert.  Our dress rehearsal will be on Tuesday May 12th starting at 4:00 p.m. and ending at 7.  Elementary students are only at rehearsal from 4 to 6, the last hour will be middle school only.

All members of the choir are expected to participate in both dress rehearsals and both concerts each season.  If you have a potential conflict you must let Mr. Gorr know well in advance.
