Accomplishments:

• Implemented a PBIS program at both buildings.  Millburn Elementary attained a “Silver” rating.
• Implemented a “Second Steps” curriculum that includes an anti-bullying program to meet the social/emotional needs of students.
• A formalized volunteer program for parents was formed.
• A chapter of the National Junior Honors Society was formed at the Middle School.
• A partnership between 5^th grade classrooms and SEDOL classrooms were formed to create a Winter Olympics celebration and other events
• Students and staff are regularly recognized for their achievements at Board meetings

• Transition program from Elementary to Middle
• Emphasize a spirit of gratitude
