       c. Approval for Wold Architects to Prepare the Bid Package for 

  1. Replacement of the Millburn Elementary School East Gym roof and surrounding ballasted roof sections should the cost of repairs exceed $50,000 and the expected roof-life expectancy is less than 5 years; or
  2. Replacement of the Millburn Elementary School hallway flooring as an alternative project for the Maintenance Grant if the roof repairs exceed $50,000 and the expected life expectancy of the repaired roof is 5 years or more.

      d. Approval of the School Maintenance Project Grant Application ($50,000 Matching Grant)
